Letters from Dr. Geffen's former Patients
October 9 , 2002
Dear Dr. Geffen,
I don't know where to begin to thank you and your staff for all they are doing for both my sister and brother in law, Brenda & Jean Chabot. No words can express the family's gratitude for all you are doing for them. Just knowing they are both in your care puts us all at ease.
Since speaking to you, I've acquired one of your books and thoroughly enjoyed reading it and sharing it with others in my immediate family here in Georgia. My youngest daughter works at the Tift County Library and was able to acquire a copy on loan, from the Atlanta Main Office. How someone as busy as you can find time to write a book is beyond me!
I spoke to Brenda this evening and Jean is looking forward to the day when he can take you for a ride on his "Harley." With the help of friends and family, the bike ran today and Jean is even more determined to meet the ride commitment he made to you.
I call Brenda and Jean about every day and hearing how upbeat they both are is unbelievable to me, given the circumstances. Every conversation involves you and Andy in one form or another, about how god sent you both (and staff) to give so much of yourselves to so many folks in these trying times. They can't help but be upbeat and cheery, as you and all your staff are so kind, thoughtful, enthusiast, and optimistic of Jean's situation.
I look forward to meeting you, Andy, and your staff this month. I'm making arrangements to come down towards the end of the month.
Again, words can't express my gratitude for all you have done. To you and all your staff, Kudos' are in order.
Sincerely,
Keith & Cindy Schneider
